The client pledges medium or high marketable securities.

A service fee is determined based on the marketability of the securities that are pledged.

Characteristics
  • Loans with pledge securities are only granted in Pesos
  • A service fee is set between the amount of the line of credit and that of the pledged securities for possible revaluation in investments.
  • In case the service fee recedes due to a revaluation in investments Monex will make margin calls to the client.
